Guidelines for Excellence in Performance

The guidelines below are listed as our goal of Excellence in Performance to deliver case management services for you and your claimants that are appropriate, cost effective, and professional.


• Honor and adhere to NC Industrial Commission Rules for Rehabilitation Professionals and the NC Board of Nursing Standard of Ethics.

• Billing for services based on Real Time for all activities, including phone calls, reports, travel, and wait time.

• All communication including phone calls, e-mails, and faxes with the Adjuster are provided at no charge.

• Updates to the Adjuster will be provided by phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours of an MD visit or significant case management activity.
• Reports and billing will be provided to the Adjuster on a monthly basis, or more frequently if significant activity occurs.

• All available documents, including medical reports, work notes, and physician’s orders will be provided to all parties in a timely manner.

• Case managers’ cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses will be provided for efficient communication.
